Twelve-year-old Todd Baker has butterflies in his stomach about beginning 8th grade at Westdale Jr. High. Mostly concerned about the chances of Julie, the cute neighborhood girl, finding out about his crush, Todd, and his neighborhood friends find themselves innocently encased in a crime they didn't commit. Todd is determined to strike back and take matters into his own hands.
